A 2000 class diesel railmotor stands at a country station to take on passengers, a scene that could be seen from the 1960s all the way into the mid 90s when they were withdrawn. They were used in places where traffic did not warrant the use of a locomotive hauled train. I was growing up when these old machines were on their way out, so I have fond memories of these machines.
